THE FIRST DAY
After you start your free trial, here are two quick steps you need to take:
- Select your country; which helps us set your account’s currency accordingly
- Let the system know the name of your own store; so that we can compare your prices vs your competitors’ prices.

After these quick steps, the only thing you need to do is to add the products and the specific product URLs that you want to track for these products to your Prisync free trial account. Then, we’ll set up all the things in one day, and start showing the results in your account. After this first setup we do on our end, all the data will be automatically updated 4 times a day.
Now, the first tip for you is coming: Please be sure that you have added at least 5-10 products vs 3-5 competitor URLs for each of them just in the very first day of your trial. If you do this, we can make you sure that you’ll see great results when you revisit your trial account on the second day after we set up everything for you. THE SECOND DAY
What we suggest you on the second day of the trial period is to discover the features of Prisync with your real data in the trial account.
For example, if you have any question about brand reports, you can simply search “Prisync brand” on YouTube and find the related video tutorial about brand reports or you can do the same on our help center and find the related articles.

Apart from the web dashboard, Prisync also provides you automated notifications and price change alerts. By default, the notifications are sent to the email of your trial account but if you want to add other people in your company who might be interested in these reports, you can easily do this from the Settings page. So, as another suggestion, don’t forget the visit Settings page to set the notifications for other people in the company. This quick video shows how to do this.
UNTIL THE 7th DAY OF YOUR TRIAL – HALFTIME!
After you see the initial results and check the features of Prisync, the most common and useful step is to follow the price changes on your competitors and also to analyze your pricing positions compare to your competitors.
In the first half of your trial, if you can check your positions for the products you track and take your own pricing actions, then in the upcoming days, you can see and examine the effects of these actions on your sales.
As you can see from the screenshot below, Prisync breaks down your products into different pricing positions like cheapest, average, highest etc.
So, for example, if you don’t want to overprice your products, you can check the higher and/or highest position breakdowns and maybe decrease your prices to have more competitive prices in the market and in the upcoming days, you can observe the effect of this action on your sales numbers.
You may also follow the price changes in your competitors with price change alerts or from the price change section on your Prisync account:
After this analysis, you can see all the price changes that are happening in your market on average and determine what kind of actions you need to take against them.

DURING SECOND HALF OF YOUR TRIAL
In the second half of your Prisync trial, the next step you’d better take is to add more and more products and competitor URLs to your account. This is a really crucial step to see the real value of Prisync because once you have more products and competitors in the system, this will help you understand;

To add more products and URLs easier and faster, we suggest you use our batch import function that helps you import all the data at once instead of adding one by one.
