According to an e-commerce report by the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland, a number of participants, which are market-shaping providers, have achieved at least 20 percent growth rate this year. The competition caused by the dynamic of the e-commerce market is still intense and high. The providers are trying to focus on the cross-linked customers to give their competition some edge.
